I finished my last HIIT 25 for the 12 week challenge YAAAAY. Sculpt 30 today also.

I think the point of the longer workouts is to build stamina.I'd think you could pair up 2 shorter ones on those days as a replacement to keep your attention or a extra activity of another sort. I don't do the stretch videos but that's the extent of my rebellion.

I did 55ez today I get into it so much more after the drills and the rest flies by. I tried Fire 60 the other day and omg that felt so much harder

HIIT 25 continues to kick my butt and Sculpt 30 today. My legs feel like lead by the end of that HIIT!

In my theme of mixing up my workouts Fire 30 today since I was short on time. I think I've done that one so much now it's burned into memory

HIIT 25 and Tone 30 today which should have been sculpt but I only realized it halfway through. Oh well I'll switch them out on Wednesday. My brain does not function properly on Monday mornings.

HIIT 20 and Tone 30 today. Tomorrow is rest then I start week 11! I totally understand the trials of working out with littles around. My 10mo old was crawling underneath and climbing on my back me during pushups the other day. They keep it interesting for sure!

I got a Polar FT4 super easy to use and had great reviews HIIT 25 and Sculpt 30 today. That sound that plays when you do the jumping lunge thing haunts me in my sleep!

I'm in shock at the difference between the online projected calorie burn and what my HRM shows. I was using http://www.everydayhealth.com/food-fitness/exercise-activity/calories-burned-conditioning-exercises this to get my estimates but I got my HRM yesterday and for Fire 30 I burned 150cal more! I think I love this thing…

Fire 45 and Stretch done today with my 10mo old cheering from the high chair. By cheering I mean yelling at me to give him his sippy cup back that repeatedly tossed on the floor lol

FIre 60 for the first time today. That is easily the most intense so far! I was covered in sweat 20 mins in and it didn't let up after that. So glad tomorrow is rest day I think I'll need it.

TF is pretty intense you might need to up your baseline calories. I eat around 1800 a day

I'm averaging about 1lb per week loss but I've went down from a snug size 12 to an comfortable 8. I've just started month 3, I'm trying not to obsess over the scale since I know my size is going down either way.
