Rest Day! I do Fire then Sculpt because I don't think I'd be able to push myself nearly hard enough to get the most out of fire if I didn't. I usually take a 5-10min break and then do sculpt.

Fire 55ez today knocked it out with losing my place kept to a minium.

Core and Stretch day. Yes, I got so bored of the Stretch in parts I've skipped around a couple of times!

I weight daily-ish but I only log once every 2 weeks so I feel more accomplished lol

Fire 45 today, that workout has really grown on me. But the Boyfriend song still cracks me up.

Fire 55 today. I had to skip the second finale for teething baby but I got most done so I'll call it a win.

Officially started week 5 today I twisted my ankle a few days ago and had to wait a few extra days.

Core/Stretch day. I'm so glad my form is improving! It was so hard the first time I did the core workout but I rocked it this week!

Fire Starter has breakdowns of movements and a bit slower paced I think. I haven't done the prep schedule but I think it's sorta the same thing. Hopefully someone else will chime in

Hiit 20 and Sculpt 30 today with the serenade of a grumpy teething baby. But we both made through.

I drink a whey shake after every workout to help with soreness and recovery. It does wonders!

Today was week 4 day 1 for me Fire 45. My ankles and tops of my feet are getting sore I think it's time for new sneakers. Anyone have any suggestions?

I opted for fire 45 instead of the 45ez today. 45ez feels draggy somehow. I'll give it another try next week though. I can't believe I'm almost at the end of week 3!
