I'm back after being gone for almost a week. I am hoping that I can stick to lower calories, now through thanksgiving.

I'm still here. I don't log in every day. I mostly use this place to add up calories. If I'm eating what I want and don't care what the calories are, I don't log in.

Most mornings, breakfast for me is walnuts and dried plums or fresh pears.

Stomach for me. 5lbs make a big difference in my silhouette and how my pants fit. Which is good, because this is really the only place I want to lose weight.

My husband and I go dancing close to weekly. We know West Coast Swing, East Coast Swing, Waltz, Salsa, Sweet Heart Schottische, Cowboy Cha-cha, Hustle and Night Club Two Step. I, also, linedance and do Zumba.
