I change it up based on what workout I'm going to do that day and what time it is. I also change it up based on how hungry I am (novel, I know). Though most days, I wake up hungry so I like a pretty calorie dense breakfast and then a small snack a couple hours later

I went to my first yoga class in years last night. I was never regular at it so I found it quite a challenge. I'm curious though...does it make anybody else super hungry? I'm ravenous today. ETA: that connected to the original question in my head. Thinking - If it makes you extra hungry, it will not help create a deficit.…

Is it possible that you have blood sugar issues? Increased blood sugar can cause muscle wasting. (And, yes, years ago that did happen to me). Because your muscle is wasting away, it is replaced with fat which looks bigger at the same weight. So size goes up, weight doesn't.

OH, and the multiple servings of nut butters every day without measuring them.

I haven't cut it out, but popcorn. The popcorn itself wasn't the problem, but the huge bowl of it with large amounts of earth balance on it were. And, I did it a few nights a week, sometimes for dinner. Now I only occasionally have a much smaller bowl.

I like quinoa too, but I find millet an even better sub for couscous.

I also like the elliptical (the one without the arm motion though), spin/cycle class, walking, tennis, and line dancing. I'm *trying* to start riding my outdoor bike too, but I'm not that good at it yet.

I'm far from having this right, but what seems different this time is I've found some things I love to do (and some things I still want to try) that I'll be much better at if I get the weight off. For example, I've recently picked up tennis and know that I'll be better at that if I'm in better physical condition/eat good…

I've been taking a line dancing class for a few months now and love it. My favorite is the Mississippi Hustle (to September by Earth, Wind, & Fire). Dances and the songs they go with tend to vary by region. One that you don't have to learn (just follow along to the instructions) is the cha cha slide.

1st gray hairs around 27. 43 now and have more, but not a lot showing up in the roots when the color grows out. (I don't color for gray just because I like it better)

The ones I ended up getting were the W880. Btw, in case it matters, I also have flat feet.

I don't typically like cooked broccoli and I love this http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=1948361 (40 clove broccoli and chickpeas - really only has 10 garlic cloves though)

I lost almost 100 about 8 years ago and have kept about 70 of it off long term. I'm now trying to get that extra 30 of it back off (have done 12 so far) and go the rest of the way. My ticker is just an estimate, because numbers don't mean that much to me if I'm at a good healthy spot. I'd rather weight a little more and…

I have a wide foot and neutral gait and just got fitted for a pair of new balance. I can't remember the style right this minute, but I'll check and post back (posting now so that I'll see it in "my topics" later). Brooks had a pair that was a close second, the NB just felt a little bit better.

MFP has me set at 1370, but I'm short and have a sedentary job. On the days I exercise (goal - 5x per week), I eat back about 1/2 if not a little more of those calories. I don't eat cheese sticks or (much) cereal ;) For the calories, I feel like I get a LOT of real food. If you do take a look at my diary, feel free to ask…

And, I've always gone alone. It's not like I do a lot of talking anyway. There's something about a good workout that can bond you to your class pretty fast. Let us know when you go and what you think :)

One of the best pieces of advice I've heard is to give it three tries to let you know whether you like it or not. I liked it right away, but it takes some people a little longer...especially since it takes a few rides for your bum not to hurt.

I love to cut up watermelon in cubes and put it in a container in the fridge overnight so it's good and cold. Then, pack it in the cooler and take along.

Check your local parks & rec and see what they have available. Ours has classes and that has put me in contact with some of the right people to find out about meetups and league play. And, since it sounds like you're already at a level where you could actually play, maybe even check meetup and see when/where people of your…

That's so fun that y'all are doing it together! I take group lessons at the community center in my town. My beginner lessons were just two of us. This intermediate class has 7 students. The instructor does a really good job of still giving one-on-one instruction though.

Me! I just took two four-week sessions of a beginner class and got kicked out into the intermediate class. My first class of the new session was last night. My instructor mentioned that I should sign up for the 2.5 league in the fall. I'm far from being good, but it sure is fun!
