  • Hi I am going to be starting You are Your Own Gym soon. How would I mark this in the spreadsheet? Is it considered weight lifting? Thanks so much!
  • I am not sure about the TDEG. It always says to eat at my BMR. I have changed my weight to see what it would say if I put in more or less for my weight and it always gives me my BMR number. I used to eat pretty close to my BMR before I started EM2WL and not much was happening then. So I'm not sure what to do. Should I…
  • Hi Heybales Now I think I am confused. I was just using the Simple Set up Tab and taking 15%-20% off my TDEE. I would get a value of 2300-2400 calories. So that is what I was trying to eat. Should I be eating less? The two body fat percentages are pretty close. So I think it is pretty accurate.
  • Hi I am not sure what happened, but I put in for an invitation a while ago. Life happened and I forgot about it!! Anyway, I don't think I was sent an email. Would it be possible for you to send another one? Thanks!
  • Thanks Heybales! I am going to try Cathe's 3 dvds which will be heavy lifting for me(I think it will be weightlifting for the spreadsheet) and skip the body pump stuff. I will cut down my cardio to 2 days a week. With Sunday being a rest day. I looked at the spreadsheet incorrectly. I have lost about 2% body fat which I am…
  • Thanks Jen! I am excited to get the new dvds. I decided to order Muscle max, and two XTrain dvds by Cathe. I think that they all use heavy weights. So would they fit in the weight lifting section of Heybale's spreadsheet? Thanks! Kris
  • Hi everyone Here's more info. about me. I am female, age 38, 213 pounds. My body fat percentage is around 33%. I have been eating pretty clean and trying to get in my protein. I think I'm going to change things up a bit. I plan on doing only 2 days of cardio, two days of a dvd that is like body pump. I am going to get…
  • Another question. I have heard good things about Cathe's dvds. Can anyone recommend a good one and one that is considered heavy lifting. I am thinking maybe I can do some Cathe dvds for heavy lifting and Shaun T. for cardio?? Thanks again! Kris
  • I would love to join!! Is it too late? Kris
  • I ordered it and it should be here on Friday! Yea!! Can't wait to try it. How do you categorize it in the fitness tool? I have been doing a mix of insanity and asylum and mark it as high impact aerobics.
  • Oops I feel like an idiot! I went to update my weight. I must have started at 204 and went down to 202. I thought I started at 201. I guess I'll keep doing what I'm doing. Any suggestions would be helpful though!! Kris
  • Insanity and Aslum are Beach Body workouts by Shaun T. They have lots of tons cardio. It's the hardest workout I've ever done! I'm dripping in sweat at the end.
  • Sorry I should have posted more about myself. I am 5 feet 9 inches. I hover just above 200 pounds. I am quite active doing the Beachbody Insanity and Asylum. I am supposed to eat 1500 calories a day to lose 11/2 pounds a week. I eat almost all of my exercise calories, so I tihnk I eat around 2000 calories per day. We…
