Don't know about the Turbo Fire but wanted to commend you on the TurboJam. I tried it when I was 221 and could not do it without having a massive asthma attack because I was so overweight. You give me hope to try it again some other time.

I am willing to be a moderator if you need me. I started on Monday on a 19-20/5-4 5 days. I try to do at least 1200 cals per day as my problem is undereating. I plan to follow this for 2-4 weeks and then switch to a split eat-stop-eat approach. I have a tendency to fast so for me IF is a way to make sure I do eat.

Make sure you eat a salad with some avocado or a good fat that will sate you before you eat refined carbs.

Your body will view it as a stressor if you are not very fit and your weight might stay or even go up for a while while your body tried to stabalize your hormones. Unfortunately for me exercise also induces the asthma attacks. I was actually walking 3 days a week and on week 9 of the C25K and had to give it up. Fall is coming soon so hopefully I can get back to walking ans my C25K since there wont be so much in bloom even here in Florida.

I have eaten the exact same thing for each meal each day for 3-6 months at a time and never had a problem. That was when I was in college and on a very, very tight churchmouse budget. Of course once I graduated I never ate any of those foods again!

There are several types of IF.
