As someone who has just started an incredibly restrictive elimination diet to help rid myself of allergies, it sucks! But feeling sick after eating my trigger foods sucks worse. It sounds like you may have a sulphur/sulfur sensitivity, and because you've been eating so much of it, your body has reached its tolerance…

For me, the time of day really doesn't influence my weight. I just avoid eating a big meal before I go to bed so I don't get heartburn. Plus, if I go to sleep when I'm feeling really full, sometimes I end up having nightmares or crazy dreams. Weird, huh?

I use it to make vegan coconut rough "chocolate". Basically, just mix in some coconut oil, desiccated coconut, cocoa/cacao powder, and stevia (or sugar/your sweetener of choice), pour a thin-ish layer into some paper cupcake cups and keep it in the fridge.

Plain greek yoghurt with a bit of stevia to sweeten it works for me!

Really trying to eat clean and cut sugar and starch out of my diet. Means I have to rely on meat a lot more to fill me up, so anyone else trying to get creative with their meals out there, feel free to send your tips my way :p

Asking the people at Polar would probably be more helpful: info@thepolarshop.com.au

Have you tried using a rowing machine? They're pretty good if you want to get in a good workout, but aren't as comfortable on a treadmill.

they have some awesome coloured tights on welovecolours.com, although they might not mail them to you in time... Don't worry about wearing all black though. I've pulled off that look before. Just try breaking it up with accessories - a belt, necklace etc.

I'm in the same situation! Can't sleep till the sun comes up, and then wake up around 2pm and then it starts allover again. How I got out of this habit last time was just resetting my body clock- stayed awake all night and went to bed around 6pm. You have to make sure you set an alarm or get someone to wake you up around 6…

I wouldn't wear anything gray because when you work out and start sweating it soaks through and creates some really obvious, awkward and unattractive wet patches....

I bought myself the iPad 3 as my very first iPad. I love it to bits, but kind of regretting going overboard and paying a ton for features I don't really use. The retina screen is awesome when you want to zoom in on text, but generally it makes all web images look tiny and/or terrible quality if you try and zoom in on them…

For now, yeah. But eventually I'd like to go fully vegan and eliminate all animal-based products. Man, that sucks. Stupid advertising making it sound awesome and getting me excited about soy... Looks like I have some more homework to do!
-
Guess I'll have to look into a better vegetarian option then. Thanks for the tip.

Why lol? I was being serious :S Soy Protein Powder Soy protein's high level of antioxidants may help decrease exercise-induced muscle damage. Scientists from the Ohio State University investigated the impact of soy protein on lipid peroxides, which causes stress in muscle cells that lead to damage. Subjects received soy…

Hop on youtube and hunt around for short fitness videos that catch your interest. There are a bazillion on there, so there's bound to be at least 1 that you like!

Lol, I have stretchmarks EVERYWHERE (Thighs, back, tummy, arms, boobs...) and it doesn't stop me. Why bother? Because you're not just doing this for vanity (or at least I hope not), you're doing this to make positive changes in your life and to your health. Just try shifting the focus from how you look to how much better…

Interesting. So with that logic, how do you justify parents being nice to their kids and vice versa?

Your success makes them feel bad about themselves, and misery loves company!

Ha! I was just reading a bunch of posts like this last night! They were basically saying that yeah, we do need to have at least 1200 calories just to keep our vital organs functioning and speed up metabolism, but that it's all relative to the person, so a little bit under or a little bit over shouldn't make a huge…
