This was my thought. Do you split the household chores equally? If not, then maybe it's time to suggest that he's going to have to do more. A few weeks of this might persuade him that moving to weekly cleaning is a good idea :smile:

The more I eat quinoa the more I love it. And like couscous the flavour comes from what you pair it with. Nutritionally quinoa kicks coucous' *kitten*.

I'd make everything that Greggs (a UK bakery chain) sell have max 100 calorie count with 40/30/30 macro split - I could then shove my face full of sausage rolls, steak bakes and coffee creme doughnuts! :bigsmile:

I had a really random breakfast this morning and it was gorgeous! Quinoa, cherry tomatoes, rep peppers, red chilli and tuna salad! It was 5 minutes before I had to leave for work so I basically threw everything that could be thrown into a box and left. Breakfast doesn't have to be breakfasty :smile:

Check out the Eat More to Weigh Less group on here - a wealth of information there about eating more calories based on your BMR and TDEE. And if that doesn't make sense, that's ok because they explain it all.
