I've always heard and been told to eat a bigger breakfast because that is your fuel for the day.

I have always gained 10 pounds from Halloween till New years. This year... it will NOT happen :)

I was stuck between 140-145 for several months. Many people gave me lots of advice. From eat more to eat less, workout more to exercise less, do this don't do that... Nothing seemed to work. I just rode it out and kept pushing. Although, I did eat more and didn't focus on staying under my goal ALL the time and I worked out…

Chips & Dip.... & CAKE :/ I CAN NOT keep that stuff in my house because I eat it. Every birthday I am sending cake home with guests.

ChaLEAN Extreme. It has some jumping in the cardio workouts. However, she always has a modifier to demonstrate low impact stuff but you still get the same effect :)

Another workout. I find that when I have any amount of residual soreness, another workout helps me get through. Add extra stretching at the END of your workout.

I know exactly how you feel. I have two neighbors who both have animals and NEVER clean up after them. I think I have more crap in my yard than a litter box. ewww... And even one of our neighbor's cats used to sleep in OUR garage because they would always lock him out.

Personally I like almonds in mine. And occasionally I will use flax granola, when I have it.

I am also starting today! I am going to make it a goal to also incorporate ChaLEAN extreme, burn phase, as much as possible. However, the 30DS will be my top priority! Adding you as a friend!

For breakfast, I love eggs... But, on mornings that I am not in an egg mood, I eat Quaker whole grain oats made with water with a tbsp of all natural peanut butter and half a banana. Yummy! I also sub the banana for strawberries occasionally. Or, I eat organic cinnamon raison cereal with soy milk.

I exercise in the morning. However, depending on the day's schedule, I will occasionally exercise in the mid afternoon. But, I always do it all before the kids get home from school. The only after evening activity I do is cooking dinner and shuffling my kids to soccer practice. Occasionally, I will play outside with them.

I don't monitor anything I HAVE to do to maintain my house. I even clean other houses during the week and do not count that as exercise either. The only excercise I calculate is excercise I perform. Such as, my exercise DVD's, walking, running, & elliptical training. Everything else I burn is just bonus :)

All the time.... So I usually go for a walk or just do some more exercise. I also notice that on days like this, drinking water helps me to feel better. It is almost like a flushed out sort of feeling.

Also, I tried the whole "stay off the scale" thing... And for me, I just can't do it. Seeing the numbers go down is motivation to keep working out. Seeing the numbers go up is also motivation to get back in the game, double time. However, there is a girl on here who went from like 180 lbs to 110 and never stepped on a…

It could be the scales... I am not making an excuse but this happened to me. I bought a digital scale that tells water weight, bone mass, body fat percentage, etc. Used it for 6 months then it started giving me crazy inconsistent readings. I would get on it and it would say 147. Step off. Reset it back to zero. Get on it…

A bigger breakfast to fuel your day should help! I am guilty of always making my breakfast small and dinner big... when it should be the other way around :)

Way to go! Congratulations! :)

Congratulations to you on your weight loss and lifestyle change! It seems as if that person has excuse after excuse as to why he/she is fat and is accepting of it. To me, it is selfish and completely insane to accept such a lifestyle. There are several people living short lives to incurable things like cancer, leukemia,…

way to go! You look absolutely amazing!!! Love It! Keep up the hard and healthy work :)

I definately see the difference! Way to go! Not only do you look slimmer, you look more fit and tone! I see it in your face, neck, arms, etc..... Keep it up! :)

I would definately try it. This last week I raised my calories to 1490 and don't log the exercise I do. After, a 4 month long plateau I have lost 3 lbs this week! (however, I have not logged/tracked the most recent weigh in because, my normal weigh in days are Sunday mornings. Some may be a little bit of water weight,…

so... this post was really from me :) He doesn't do Turbo Jam and I was obviously logged in his name and didn't realize it until after the post haha... If you can't get a hold of TurboJam (it's quite expensive) I also like Billy Blanks. He has some great cardio kickboxing dvds that you can get at WalMart for around 10…

The above is so true for me also. Although, keep in mind that our schedules should be flexible (to include doctor, dentist appts, etc) I have 3 children (9, 6, &1) and baby sit an infant part time. So I can definately relate to "business" I have always read and heard that it is best to exercise in the morning, because…

People always crave what they can't have... Now you have convinced yourself you can have it... Therefore you don't crave it :)

Two Thumbs Up! :P

I use the 30 day shred for when I'm really short on time. It's an awesome workout. I don't believe you have to do it everyday so long as you do something... as far as the soreness goes... Nothing will help that soreness better than another work out. A friend told me that and he was right. I worked out when I was TERRIBLY…

Way to Go!!!!

Squats, Squats, Squats with weights, and more squats! lol! Squats have helped shape my thighs big time.... However, the only way to get rid of fat is to do Cardio. But, if you build muscle, it will help burn fat. Hope this helps!
