Definitely not alone! I went from 175 - 130! Feeling good and looking great. Life happened... I started school and got stuck... Now, I'm back up to 160. It is soooo frustrating because I'm lacking motivation to start over. Add me and we can support each other. :) And anyone else please add me, I need some serious…

Bump.... I am going to print this out and hang it on my wall. :glasses:

My motto is slow and steady wins the race... The slower I lose weight the easier it is for me to keep it off and not allow it to creep back up. Everyone is different though... It's all about finding what works for you. :flowerforyou:

They are both great programs! P90X requires weights a pull up bar, and/or resistance bands. P90x is really good if you enjoy weight lifting combined with cardio. However, Insanity is complete cardio and body resistance. I just completed my first month of Insanity, on rest week this week, and start Month 2 tomorrow. I enjoy…

I crave tacos often... we eat them often... modified of course... Generally we use ground turkey... But, I have found that I like ground chicken much better. I don't eat cheese, I load up on lettuce and tomato and onion... yum... And occasionally light sour cream. I also use lo carb tortillas. Or many times, I skip the…

I don't know but I seem to have the same issue. I have to eat first thing or I get sick to my stomach. And, I wake up occasionally in the middle of the night with hunger pangs. ??

^^ That for sure.

Kids are kids... so long as obesity or malnutrition does not come into the scene... I wouldn't worry about it... My 7 year old is short and weighs less than 50 lbs... Insanely hyperactive... eats one week, doesn't the next... I encourage healthy meals, and allow him kid foods as well from time to time... But, if your…

Definitely that. But, if you do get hungry, it wouldn't hurt to snack on something high protein like a protein bar or something. :)

^^ This AND because alot of my sugars come from fruit... I <3 fruit.

Feel free to add me! I would love to do all I can to help and support you! :)

^^agreed.... However, I don't work... I'm a Stay at home mom and sometimes, it gives me the socialization I need from being constricted to my home. On facebook, I have friends but not many are health minded... Here, I am able to surround my self with at least people wanting to be healthy. Friends are the biggest influence,…

I'm 5'1" and I definitely know the struggles of being short! Reached one goal... working on goal #2.

Luna bars... They make one that is like chocolate dipped coconut... AMAZING! It even has folic acid, vitamin c, vitamin d, & calcium... It was designed for women :) And only 190 calories.

It depends on what you are into. I've done them all, (currently Insanity) P90x is good if you like weight lifting. Insanity is good for High Intensity Cardio drills. Turbofire is good for dance kickboxing. Personally, I prefer TurboFire. However, they ALL work great! Best of luck to you! Feel free to add me!

It will get better and easier! My best advice... is small changes... you will stick to small changes better than big ones. I have slowly been changing my diet over 2 years and still going strong. Constantly, eliminating one bad thing, replacing it with a good one, and getting used to that change and that change something…

There isn't one.... The best recommendation is for some to invest in a HRM since the calorie burn would vary for everyone. I got a Polar FT4 from Amazon for under 100$. It was well worth the money spent and I rarely exercise without it.
-
Maybe so... But I'm trying something new... I don't log and eat back my exercise cals... I've done that at a low calorie intake and the feeling of deprivation for so long that I've now hit a plateau. So, I'm trying something new... to just eat better and healthier (although I cheat from time to time, allows for a break)…

Amazing! You guys have me pumped to do it! But, because I'm a turbo addict... I'm doing turbofire at the same time. :)
-
^^ Yup  ^^
-
You can do it!! Feel free to add me! I love to motivate and encourage.... **Fair warning, if your not logging in... I may have the tendency to bug you** haha
-
You do look great!!! And nice watch! I have the same one but mine is black and gold :)
-
I'm doing TurboFire it's a GREAT program that incorporates HIIT and it's easy to do and I LOVE IT!
-
I try not to have rest days unless my body tells me I needs it. Sometimes I go two straight weeks without resting. I think you would be fine.
-
Congrats on your recent success! That is amazing!! Add me if you like!

They have cold gear and heat gear. Obviously heat is for hot weather and cold gear is for cold weather :)

I have been researching this all morning. I have found countless arguments to both sides of the fence... In particular, this article helped me most. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/153704-myth-or-fact-simple-math-3500-calories-one-pound-eat I have decided to up my calorie intake to not create such a large deficit…
