Hey guys! I'm in! I just did L1D1... and for me, it wasn't as intense as I thought it was going to be... My upper quads ache a lil... but not really in my arms and legs.... not just yet... If it is calories that you burn doing what you do everyday, I wouldn't track it. I would leave it as your general lightly active daily burn. Or even consider raising your activity level. From my experience, a healthy diet actually assisted in making my cycle more regular... In the first few months, I was a few days early, then a few days late, but never by a week. I would take a test just to be on the safe side, the sooner you can know the better... And keep us posted :)

don't like the Fat Free Ranch by Kraft either... Each bottle I get tastes a little different (almost like some bottles are spoiled) I have found that the Light Ranch made by Great Value is the closest to true Ranch Dressing... My husband didn't even know the difference when i first fed it to him.

We have done this also... At first she always complained about the walks we would take, but now she doesn't complain much. She actually says she likes it... I believe that is from watching me say how good I feel after exercise, IDK... she hasn't lost any... but luckily she hasn't gained any either...

Ditto on that! My body is the same way... When we eat too little our bodies go into 'starvation' mode and everything we eat automatically goes to storage, aka fat... But eating the appropriate amount helps our metabolism stay up to burn what we intake.
