I have been working on not eating at least two hours before bed time. Only, there are times that I go to bed much too late, which is another thing I'm working on.

Hi, I also have Fibromyalgia and know all to well what living with it is like. I am recently recommitting myself to working out and eating right. So far I have only walked for exercise but I know that I need to add more soon. Thanks for sharing your story.
