HIIT 20 does that to me. I'm done with the HIITs for the first month, but I think I'll just do HIIT 25 instead of 20 once they come back into play. That might be it. The last month or two that I've been plateaued I've been eating all of my calories and my exercise calories so I was usually eating in excess of 2000+ cals/day. But, maybe you're right, maybe my net was still too low. I'll give this zig-zagging a go for a couple weeks and see how that works out for me.
