Visualise your goal tell yourself you are worth it and remind yourself how much it means to you! We all have days where we over indulge the important thing is that you recognise it and don't want to continue that in itself is half the battle. Tomorrow is a fresh day drink plenty of water tell yourself you can and will do…

Why do you want to lose? What is your main goal? Keep this in your mind and when you have a weak moment think of this. Visual prompts help maybe a picture of you at your goal? I am not unlike you but now I have 14 weeks to reach my goal my wedding and that is my focus and I will achieve it and stay healthy. Good luck.

Get properly fitted at a good running shop they will assess gait, stride whether you are a neutral runner or not it is really worth it and will help to protect you from injury in the future.

Hi I started this week quite a few of my friends on here are doing it, I am finding it ok weigh tomorrow so will see then. I do keep under 1400 for three of the other days and then I have a real treat on the weekend although try not to go above 2000 then. I feel good about it as it means I can still enjoy my weekends.

I have h fitbit one and I love it, it syncs with MFP so any calories earned through steps are automatically updated and it makes me more motivated to reach my daily goals it sets.
