I thought day 6 would be really difficult, because it's the weekend, but it has actually been really easy. I probably haven't eaten enough, so will log my food now! I will probably weigh on Monday again too! Twice a week should be ok shouldn't it??? Mon & Fri!

Day 5 over, and i feel fine. I lost 5 lbs and am so chuffed with myself. I managed a better calorie intake today. Thank you all for your continued support girls!

Hi Jen, I only get one cup of green tea a day, and still losing so don't worry so much about that. Do you like fish. If you do try alternating fish with chicken so you get a different taste on the palate. I felt better when I ate more protein snacks when feeling hungry. This is day 2. I'm really worried, because I can't seem to eat more than about 800 calories. Sorry! But this challenge isn't long enough for me: It isn't just a 17 day diet plan! It changes every 17 days, so you could use it as long as you want to. Why don't you give it a try. Plus you will have the help and support of this group too!
