I ate a few mini shortbread finger which was 25 calories per piece rather than having large ones covered in sugar which are about 250 calories each.

I've done brilliantly today, broke the habit of stretching for snacks to make me feel better.

Slim, I love your idea of don't gain 10 lbs over Christmas, that's brilliant. Christmas is the worst time of year for me, as i tend to sloth and stuff myself silly with lots of bad food and alcohol! :-(

Hi slim, you mustn't feel bad about dropping off the 17DD! I have also struggled at sticking to it 100%. Some days were better than others, but I still lost weight because I exercise 3-5 days a week, so I really do feel great. Hi all, Weight loss is going very well Day 1 SW 210 lbs Day 19 CW 200 lbs 10lb weight loss and I'm over the moon. 15lbs total loss since I started on MFP.

Day 20 and feel ok! Felt guilty for drinking 2 glasses of wine when I went out with friends I hadn't seen in a long while for a meal! I suppose we still have to live!
