Hi all,
I will say it, on this healthy eating plan, some days I have problems going to the toilet, and feel a little constipated at times. Is anyone else suffering with this?

YES!!!! I am having this problem, I actually googled it last night and apparently it is pretty common at least in Cycle 1- there seemed to be a lot of different opinions why, green tea, no grains, body adjustments, etc. My mom also was "suffering". There were a lot of suggestions online- prunes, grapes & apples, miralax, and flax seed. I know a long time ago when i was on weight watchers they suggested to have a tsp or T of oil- pretty much straight up, a day- to help things...slide...better...so just a thought. I myself wanted some relief and since we had miralax around I went that route...feeling much better today!
So glad someone else here had the guts to come out with it! lol0 -

make sure you are drinking lots of water as well as your green tea. It will help.0

has anyone else been extra gassy? I've been making the dog even get up and leave. That is not good!! LOL0

Everyone I know that has done this diet has this problem. The water and lemon juice is suppose to help. i have been sprinkling flax seed in yogurt or whatever else I can. That seems to help me more than anything. It just amazes me that with the tons of water (i have a 64 oz jug and usually drink 3 of them a day) and all of the freaking veggies I cant go! It goes against everything Ive ever been told!0
