I'm not lie...this has been a tough few days for me. Today I put in minimum effort...barely scraped by, but I'm here. *Le sigh. Inhale. Exhale*

Today was a great day. I was back in the gym bright and early and back on track after traveling this weekend. I do much better when I'm home.0 -

I had carpal tunnel surgery today so I made sure to get my exercising in before my surgery today because I knew I wouldn't feel up to it after. So it was easy to not go over my calories today since I couldn't eat or drink anything before my surgery so I didn't eat until 6pm when I was done. It is hurting pretty bad right now so hopefully the next couple days it feels better so I can at least walk on my treadmill.0 -
