  • I've just started the bikini guide, you do 7 mins worth of circuit 1, if you complete it before start it again until the timer, when the 7 mins if up move onto the second circuit of exercises and work through that for 7 minutes. Then you do 7 mins on circuit 1 again and then 7 on circuit 2 and you're done :) Lay down push…
