This one pisses me off, too! I hit my mid-weight goal just by cutting calories and not exercising. Granted, I know I needed to exercise to get the real body I want, but dammit you CAN lost weight just by changing how much you eat!

I tend to feel hungrier at night because I am less in a rush. During the morning/day I am at work and doing things so I don't think about it. At night I am at home and lounging so I tend to think about food more often. I just don't snack. That's my only solution. Just, don't do it!

I am on a low calorie high fiber diet. I've found specific foods that are low in fat and help me achieve both goals. During the week I virtually eat the same things over and over. During the weekend I try to add a new menu item so I don't get TOO bored. Overall, no. I think it's not a *bad* thing at all!
