Hi All I have decided to give the 5 : 2 diet a go. And have managed to do my 2 days fasting this week - mon and thurs. Surprised myself by not feeling hungry on those days, and still managed to do exercise class etc... so , so far so good.

Hi I'd love to join the challenge, and my aim to is walk 100 miles over Sept. So far I am up to 12.86 miles , and will be off for a walk soon, so hopefully clock up another 3 miles ish on that.
