8.6 miles on the stationary bike today. Might put in 1-2 more tonight on the treadmill. Not sure yet though. It's awesome that I was nowhere near my 100 mile goal last month and this month I was able to pass it by so much more!!!! I think I might raise the goal for February :drinker:

Both responses are spot on. When I started, I only monitored my diet. Then once I got that under control, I added the workouts. It can be very overwhelming to try so many things at once. Workout videos are great if you find one that you like. There are some available online and OnDemand (if you have Comcast). Maybe try…

Thanks!!!! I think the fact that I was able to survive the holidays without too much distraction has given me a whole new boost of motivation with the new year!!! All of the MFP support makes a huge difference, too!!!

Honestly, much better :smile: For a little while after I started, my headache was pounding to my heartbeat, but the intensity of pain dropped significantly by probably 90%. It's still there, but barely :bigsmile:

North side near Lane Tech. We're all on the grind you know so I go to Aldi for pretty much everything. They have a lot of the Fit & Active stuff that I use to snack on. I just discovered their S'Mores snacks and I'm hooked!!!! Where are you?

The Susan G. Komen? I did the 5k walk last September and it was awesome!!! If you can, go for it. These walks are such amazing events!! I just got the tattoo this past summer. Two friends of mine diagnosed with it. One lost her battle at just 32 and the other is still going strong and fighting!!!
