Day 4 Complete!!! To tell you the truth, I actually prefer the other higher intensity videos. This going slower into a lunge and stuff is torture and makes the time go by S L O W......LOL Finished it though!!!

It's amazing the difference you can feel after just 3 days. If I would have just pushed a little harder in the past instead of being so intimidated y the first day!!! Good job everyone!!! Rest up, stretch those muscles and on to Day 4!!! P.S. Yes, Globe Jumps SUCK!!!

Guess who's back, back again.... I'm in after an unnecessary extended absence. I've been training for the New York Avon Walk in October and doing C25K for the Cosmic Run in Chicago for my birthday :drinker: I've been moving my rear throughout most of July, so I'm hoping to keep the momentum going.
