Damn, more then halfway do with the week! I don't hurt AS much (FINALLY) so today I was able to push a little more. How's everyone else doing? Also, what is with Shaun T and making me to squats/lunges/jumps all the time?! This man is abusing my thighs...

Day 4 Complete!!! To tell you the truth, I actually prefer the other higher intensity videos. This going slower into a lunge and stuff is torture and makes the time go by S L O W......LOL

Day 4 & still on track!
And yeahhh, definitely prefer the fast paced cardio. But I do need to strengthen up & stretch, I was laggin a bit yesterday0 -
1. Some of those stretches really felt good, as I am pretty sore.
2. My quads are burning pretty bad, and that takes away from the burn in my shoulders....so that's good.0 -
I am SO excited for pure cardio tomorrow... give me some of that0

Loved the much needed cardio recovery... And even it was a challenge... But the stretches felt sooooo good!!0
