it sounds like muscle cramp. they still dont know what causes it. probably a multitude of factors. sometimes its magnesium not potassium. try your pharmacy they may have a mix that you can use. could also be overload - if you have recently increased your workload. meaning you have weak calves (and need to strengthen your…

i start jogging at 5. but that kind of half/half uncoordinated jog. anything below 5.5 is too uncomfortable. i usually run at around 6. but im 5'8. (i had to convert this all from km lol)

mixing it with sauces. not sure what u have access to, but ill make "chicken tonight" butter chicken (lite), tomato pasta sauce with chicken and pasta, um peanut satay.... loads of options. and if it not healthy, just eat less ;)

it would take a lot to pull your gluteus maximus. i have never heard of a pulled muscle that originates in your bum crack. try another doctor??

I find that anything that is mix-up from a powder is usually high in salt. Dips, soups, juice Also a lot of things that are low in calories/carbs/fat usually have to get their flavour from somewhere = salt.

i don't track my oil. but mostly cook on non-stick pan.

my mum makes this and she just uses instant coffee. but she makes up a full coffee with milk. not just a shot =) so might be more calories ;)

I don't usually plan cheat days coz they will come around once a week anyway!! Alcohol is the biggest one for me. Though I have just discovered vitafresh low calorie powdered juice so that will hopefully make it a bit less damaging. Holey sh*tballs. I'm 5'8, I looked horrible at 55kg. But that may be my body shape - long arms and no boobs I'm currently 77kg and aiming for 65kg at lowest.

reward yourself with non-food items. ie new clothes, or something else you are saving for a trip to movies minigolf spa or nice bath nice fruit - blueberries/peaches/raspberries - stuff you might not usually afford to splash out on

We don't have taco bell here so not sure if it's better or worse than subway, but maybe you could invite her for dinner or go somewhere healthier. when i was at uni, this all-boy flat used to have a competition. weigh in before and after. list it on the back of the bathroom door - some of them were like a kg!!!! crazy haha

500 cal burnt a day?? That is a lot I think, you might just be getting tired. I generally do 200cal and with work as well I'm usually pooped. Do you have rest days?

soy and linseed is very low GI though, so have that for brekkie and might not need anything till lunchtime. marmite is gold - almost no calories.

I eat what I want, but in moderation. Can check out my diary if you like. This is hard for me though, I love food. I think normally I'd eat 3x this!!
