Weight calculator that takes into account your frame
I found this quite interesting. Almost like a modified BMI You measure your "Frame" from places on your body where the bones stick out (wrist bones or elbow bones) - not sure if they stick out for everybody and then add your height and it says a 10kg range that is "ideal" obviously doesnt take into account composition…

I've been doing a few calculations and my BMR keeps coming up at ~1500 Word on the street says I shouldn't eat below this. So why does MFP have me on 1340?

Calories in stir fry beef?
I tried to add stir fry beef to my dinner and there were about 5 options ranging in calories from 150-350. 3 of them were ~180 so I picked the average. I suppose it depends on the amount of fat in ones meat. What would you do in this scenario?
