You can also try to make another pact with your self. There is always something we will like to change, so maybe you can tell "ok, if I can run for another 5 years I will do XXX. " You can also make a deal for a good thing like "if I keep running for another 5 years I will go to Timbuktu"

I do at least 3 hours every day Monday to Friday and maybe 5 during the weekends. I feel really good when I do my exercises and I just don't want to stop. My friend say is not healthy and I'm out of control, so I needed a second opinion. Thank you so much
