From what I've found on the 5:2 IF lifestyle, there are no time restrictions on your fasting days...women just have to eat 500 calories on those days. I think I'm going to have to unsync the Striiv app until things are fixed. I was wondering why I had fewer calories than I thought I should have left for the day. Don't give up on Runkeeper! The audio updates are completely customizable...I set mine to only update me every 15 minutes, and then to only tell me that it's been 15 minutes (so I know I'm at my halfway point). You can turn the updates off, set them to only tell time or distance, etc...

Thanks! I've synced, but I'm finding that my Striiv calorie adjustment on MFP is 598, but the actual calories on the Striiv app are 299. Hmmm...I wonder what's going on with that... Anybody else finding a discrepancy between Striiv and MFP?
