I still have to post my healthy recipe from last week! Dressing for a salade goes: 15 ml Balsamico vinegar 30 ml milk sweetner fluid mix all together and use for salade, weather as a meal or for a side dish. Depending on which you prepare a salade mixed leaves (side dish) or with tuna and some cheese (for a meal)

I did what you did with your mums car in my first own one, it was small very rusty and in no way should it have been packed up with 4 adults!!! The 6th movie came out this week and I would love to see it, but the weekend is already packed and next week/ weekend i have nightshift!!!! *argh*

I like the new exercises, true most of them I have to look up on you tube first to get a plan on what to do and more often than not I think: yeah no way I can do this!!! But it actually makes me try new things and I find myself wondering of what I CAN do, when thinking prior, I could possibly not!

Fruit salad! As long as you do not mind the natural sugar that is coming along! Put in what you like and just workout the numbers, also great for breakfast, lunch, snacks or under müsli/ cereals! Also notice bananas do not really work in this, at least not in mine *lol* Edit: I shared the fruit salade with the In-Laws!

100 ordinary sit ups and i was under!

100 BENT OVER ROWS with 5 lbs and 50 for bonus (cause I thought the don will throw this in the ring too) let me tell you 100 were hard and the 50 more were more cursing and swearing than anything else! :)
