my mother in law complaints she has no one to be active with for quite a while, so today I asked her to go out with me for a walk or to go to the gym. Sadly enough the weather seems to be too nice now to be active. *sight* well I tried!

If you canot run, then walk! Just get up and do it! Have no Idea who said this, but every time I feel like just lounging on the couch I try to keep that in mind and get up to at least go for a walk!

April 1st.: starting at 187.6 lbs April 8th: 186.7 lbs April 15 th: 189. 8 gained 3.1 lbs April 22nd: 186.2 lbs loss 3,6 lbs That is dead weight comming off!

I am also in a walkin challenge of mdcjmom and this keeps me walking and biking and basically of the couch, but I wanted to do something where I also record my weight loss and do some exercise and she pointedme into this challenge direction! Even though I did not have a good week at all, I try to hang in and do better!

I had to slow down my speed 2 times, before I was able to run longer! And I also found, that it matters what you eat before, not to heavy, but definitley filling for the run! Good luck and success!

If you know a shop where they do the video thing, go ask them which support you best, they are experts as they do this every day!
