Yes, I eat carbs, I love carbs! I try to eat mostly whole grains and whole foods such as potatoes and sweet potatoes but I do indulge in white carbs sometimes and I love pizza. I am still losing weight at a consistent pace so I don't see a problem with it!

Try skinnytaste.com and preventionrd.com They both have healthy recipes and provide calorie counts as well as serving size so you know how much you are eating! I think it would be a good place to start, I also love the recipe builder on here :)

I usually eat eggs for breakfast or greek yogurt w/ protein powder. I also like sweet potatoes with pb!

I am a vegetarian and also don't get as much protein as I would like but am trying to up my intake. Some things to try are beans (I add them to almost everything), tofu (you can put it in smoothies or add it to your dinner.. It also makes a good replacement for ricotta in pasta dishes if you put it in the food processor…

I'm vegetarian not vegan but a vegan breakfast I enjoy is a baked sweet potato topped with peanut butter (or other nut butter). I also like oatmeal with protein powder and peanut butter mixed in. You could also doa tofu scramble or beans + salsa in a sweet potato. Hope that helps!
