I'm kind of an "exact" person in nature if that makes sense, so I'm pretty set on counting calories, measuring every meal I can and eyeballing what I can't, and I've lost more than I thought I would by doing so. I haven't been able to put alot on my Ipod since (a) my ipod library got wiped out, (b) my itouch tragically fell on the sidewalk a while ago, rest in peace ): But yeah, I love exercising to Hans Zimmer's scores! (TDK, TDKR, Inception, mostly)
