  • While going with the idea of consuming 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking up to help control hunger, I bought a box of Premier Protein shakes from Sam's Club. I'm assuming they're at Walmart as well. Pretty inexpensive, low carb, low fat, but 30 grams of protein. Love them!
