I love avocado salad 1 avocado chopped 1 cucumber chopped 1 jalapeno seeded and chopped 1 yellow pepper chopped cilantro chopped 1 teaspoon of salt 2 limes add the first 7 ingred. into a bowl and then squeeze lime juice all over mixtrure. I put in fridge for a little while and serve cold. Love this especially in the summer

Hello.. This is one of my favorite breakfast, I do this at least twice a week. Sara Lee- 100% whole wheat thin style bun toasted, teaspoon peanut butter and a sliced banana on each bun.:smile:

I love to take boneless and skinless chicken breast put in crock pot and add a jar of mild salsa and cook on low for 8 hours, then remove chicken and shred then put chicken and salsa on a baked potatoe, with low fat sour cream.
