Eat a bite or two of something bad for you and throw it away. If you can't, then avoid totally. Once you get to a maintanence level, you can eat whatever you want again, in moderation and just exercise it off. I work out six or seven days a week so I don't need to deprive myself of occassional treats.

I weigh myself a few times a week and get my trainer to do measurements every 90 days, which includes body fat percentage. I have only lost six pounds and went from 22% body fat to 18%. Then I didn't lose any weight and went down to 15.9% body fat. So that tells you that the cardio is burning the fat and all the protein…
