  • Yep--I second that! And the foam roller...hurts to the point of tears, but it seems to help my recovery from my runs. I've incorporated these exercises and foam rolling to my stretching after my runs and it's making a huge difference for me!

  • I've met Carlos Santana walking on the street in San Francisco. My husband played black jack at 2 in the morning with Tim McGraw in a small casino in Reno, NV before he was a huge star. DH said he was the most down to earth, quiet, nice guy. I hope he is still just as down to earth today as he was then!
