Day 5 complete! Going to try and fit both c25k and Jillian into Sunday.

Did day four on friday instead of thursday. Thursday I did my c25k instead. Don't want to lose the progress I've made on running either. Not enough hours in the day for both at my house. Day four went pretty good. Made it through all the jumping jacks, still a little trouble with the jump rope.

Day three much better. Still sore from yesterday, however work out is getting easier. Bought a HRM, with chest band, today now to figure the thing out. Crunches are NOT my friend.

Day 2. Sore at work, hard to walk. My thighs hurt. Got through the whole thing had to stop and breathe a few times. Jump rope and jumping jacks are killing me. My grandson continues to kick my butt. He had cross country practice just before we did the shred and acted like there was nothing to it. Oh to be young again.

Made it through barely. Had to take a couple of 5 second breaks. At 49 this is shredding me. My 8 year old grandson worked out with me tonight. He kept reminding me that I was Anita and he was Natalie. I hope by the end of level one that I can at least appear to be keeping up with him.
