I only weigh about every two weeks--on the first of the month and the 15th of the month. That way I avoid weighing in on my period AND I don't get all hung up on tiny day to day fluctuations. In my opinion daily weighing just isn't worth it.

A lot of juicers now actually use the whole fruit, so saying you only get the sugar and none of the fiber is incorrect.

I eat whatever I want, just within my calorie goal . . . so really, I "indulge" every day. I try to work out at least 4 times a week.

I think you're fine. I always used to have a hard boiled egg for breakfast, then my roommate said something about how eating an egg is like eating a chicken's period and I haven't been able to eat one since.

I'm 5'3 and would like to get to 140 (currently 188.4). But honestly if I hit, say, 150 or 145 and really like how I look and feel I'll call it good at that point. :)

Maybe they just mean they're not counting them religiously and logging everything they eat. Maybe they just kind of watch what they eat in general? I don't know, just my two cents.

Is there anything you can do to speed up weight loss without a more drastic diet change or adding exercise? Nope. And that was a very silly question.

I was the same way for a long time and am still kind of pulling myself out of it. It's hard, and I think it's one of those things that you just have to do. You just have to resist the urge. Smoking. Just no on that one. Kids are an immediate deal breaker. I have no desire to be a mom of any kind. Really, really conservative politics are also a turn off. I'm fine if you're not a flaming liberal but if you align yourself with Ann Coulter or Glenn Beck we probably won't get along.

I weigh 5-7 pounds heavier during my period, so it very well COULD be that. I'd re-weigh once it's over. But really I don't see why you need to lose weight . . . 120 is fine for your height.

Is that "800-1000 calories per workout" MFP's calculations, or do you wear an HRM when you work out? MFP has the deficit built into your daily calories. So essentially, if you hit what they say your calorie goal is every day, you'll lose your target weight, if that makes sense.
