  • Agreed!! I started when I was 16 and have gone on and off ever since!! Even when I try other types of exercise, I always come back to Jazzercise! It is like home for me :) They have asked me to be an instructor and I wish I could but I just can't commit to it with my work schedule :(

  • Wow! I didn't realize so many people had responded to this e-mail! I have been doing jazzercise for 10 years and I always go back to it because it is fun and it is a GREAT work out!   • As much as I hate eliminating anything from my diet ( I tend to feel deprived and give up when I can't have something and want it) I think it is very necessary to stay on track! If it is only going to create guilt and regret, why do it to yourself?? Maybe find something that tastes similar and isn't as high in calories??…

  • EXACTLY my problem.... I also have the problem with waking up and feeling like crap even if I have a few beers... and it seems like the ONLY cure is half the menu at Mcdonalds. It gets me WAY off track because I can't keep it at a couple or few beers... :(

  • Planks are a GREAT idea :) They are great not only for your abs but for your legs, back, arms and shoulders!! It is really hard at first, I agree... but if you start at 15 seconds... and just move up you can eventually build your endurance! All you have to do is push yourself a little bit at a time :)
