Hello, I am just discovering the message board also. The last go on here I kept to myself. Not sure why because there is a lot of good info out here. Sounds like you have made some big changes in right direction. Small steps in exercise are better than none at all! Are you satisfied on the low amount of calories? Good luck!

Wow, sounds like you're doing all the right stuff! I just came back on today with a 20 pound gain since last fall and I've lost count of how many times i've done this. Support is a huge motivator and didn't take advantage of that on here before. Maybe we could help each other out?

I'm looking for motivation also! I was going strong for 10 months then injury and illness and now feel like I'm starting from square one. The important thing is we are here and trying! Wish you the best of luck with your goals, just take it day by day. That's my plan anyway.

I thought the same thing, seemed like I gained 20 pounds in the blink of an eye! This is my first day back at what works for me. Good luck!
