My 6 week goal is to finish 21-Day Fix (and hopefully continue it for another round). I am 33, mom of 3, 5'7" and 155. My ideal weight is 130-135. I plan to continue on my workouts (strength training, Barre and cardio, 21-Day Fix DVDs) and hope that this first 6 weeks lands me closer to my goal weight.

No reputable fitness professional would have you go under 1200 calories a day. Your body will go into starvation mode and actually hold onto the fat and deplete the muscle. Please find a new coach! Yes, I just started the 21 Day Fix on Jan 1 and am on the lowest recommended intake. So basically 1200-1300 calories per day using the portion containers. I am 5'7" and currently at 155.
