ELLIPTICAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's all i can say! I started out at 3 minutes (barely LOL!!) and now up to 40 minutes a day. i have lost a total of 2-3 inches off each thigh. I love my elliptical!!!

i cut an english muffin in half and put in toaster. While waiting on it, i take one slice of 2% american cheese cut in half and get sliced deli style ham ( 6 slices is 70 cal ).
