after a long well needed rest me and emmawilllose set of on our walk once again ,we reach and leave the vlllage of bree through the south gate and head east along the road ,we are now 90 miles into our journey

85 miles we reached bree ,was a very cold and a very wet walk today dark skys rain and hail:ohwell: but we made it now for a nice rest:yawn: atThe Prancing Pony.think both me and emmawilllose will have a rest tomorrow we have deff walked some miles this past few weeks :happy:

i deff feel it is an obsession at the moment partly because for the 1st time it seems to be working this time , i have tried so many times befor to diet but always failed but this time with the help of MFP people/freinds its working :happy: ,my daughter is also on the same journey along with me we spend many an hr talking…

82 miles into our journey now weather is getting colder but both me and emmawilllose are determined to continue on :smile: we are planning to Reach Bree.tomorrow

all i do is walk and walk some more started my weightloss on 10th August counted cals and walked and have lost 24lb so far i shall be introducing pilates this week

continue with eating well make even more homemade meals walk more (need to beat my october miles of 79.5 start doing pilates again least once a week

yes you went over BUT most of your other days were under your goal , sometimes we go over now and then but its not going to do to much damage if any at all

74.5 miles we walked our little feet of today ,shame we couldnt push that extra half mile out though would have been at the next camp spot

66.5 miles complete now :happy: me and emmawilllose decided to push a little bit more today as we didnt walk yesterday weather was cold and wet :grumble: ,But we packed a hot drink in our thermal mugs and drank it on our way :drinker:

i deff wont be counting cals on christmas day i been realy good with my eating and i really dont think a day or 2 will hurt to much as long as i dont go over board and carry on eating when i am full

a few more miles along, a bitter cold day with strong winds my eyes are watering ::cry: as the wind blows strait at me and emmawilllose has very red cold hands but we pushed on and walked 4.5 miles today :happy: ,The Old Forest is now so very close,....... 61.5 miles completed :bigsmile:

3-4lb a week seems a bit to much to me i sometimes will loose 2lb other times just 1lb and the odd week 0lb :ohwell: but from what i have read most ppl seem to loose on adverage 1lb at a time or even half a pound , i think you are trying to rush things and that just doesnt work , 1lb a week is a nice steady lose and most…

hi the only exercise i do is walk and sticking to 1200-1300 i have lost 22lb since 10 august :happy: walking is a great way to get fit
