i now use it instead of rice with things like chilli and tikka , i only use the flower bit not the stalk steam it then chop it a little put on ya plate and put the tikka on top yummmm , the stalks i steam then mash with other veg to make veggi burgers so nothing wasted :bigsmile:

i weigh 154 lb and am 5.5" i wear a size 14 in jeans some are a tiny bit loose but a 12 is way to small hope this helps

i weigh 11 stone if i walked 3mph for 3 hrs 8 mins i would burn 722 cals

i love fruit but i always include the cals into my daily cal count as sum fruits have more than you would think

all i do is walk its great i find now i can walk miles quickly unlike when i first started it was slow and short , i was amazed at how much it toned my tummy aswell as a nice steady weight loss

drink what suits your taste , i drink skimmed or 1% fat but thats what i'm use to i also really enjoy almond milk on its own or in shakes

walking is a great way to loose weight, i walk every day usally 3 miles i walk for an hr at 3 mph , i dont include walking to the shops and such this is a set 3 mile walk along the river i try to do every day

i type a simple question into google search example, calories in a large banana , usally then get 10 or so sites with the nutrition on and i look for the most common one lets say 7 sites say around 120 cals and 3 say anything from 50 cals to 200cals i will go with the 120 , its not perfect but i think it gets you fairly…
