Hi Guys,
Does anyone have any low calorie breakfast recipes that don't include scrambled eggs(cant stand them!!)? Especially ones that include salsa, LOVE IT, and if I can have it in the morning all the better!! Please include the calorie count if you have that.

Try low-cal toast (sara lee 45 calorie bread is awesome!), mash 1/4 avocado on top, then top that with arugula, lightly sauteed tomatoes, and salsa or hot sauce. I like to throw a fried egg on top of that, but I'm sure it would still be good without! That whole things comes in under 200 calories. Sometimes I also like to add half of a 5th Street Turkey Sausage.

Make sure that you are getting lots of protein in the morning, it will help you feel full through the rest of the day.

This is another recipe I often make: http://www.idowhatiwantthor.com/2013/04/breakfast-for-dinner.html
I'm sure it would still be quite tasty without the egg!

I can't stand scrambled eggs, either. I usually just make a green shake in the mornings, with a scoop of protein powder.

However, if I have time to cook, I do make this (egg) recipe, and it's sweet and delicious and without the texture of eggs that I hate so much - http://www.foodrenegade.com/berry-pancake-souffle/

No breakfast - zero eggs AND low cal.

Also, don't feel like you have to eat traditional breakfast foods just because of what time it is. My breakfast is often leftovers from yesterday's dinner.
