was mainly calories i had such bad eating habits they still arnt as good as i want them to be but i am learning as i go about nutrition as well as calories some days are better than others i still have so much to learn being a vegaterian i do worry about getting enough protien and iron the food diary is great for showing…

i think most if not all of us have bad days we are only human and somtimes have slip ups . if i have a bad day i put it behind me and try make the next day a better one

I like reading , going for long walks love doing my scrap book working on my dolls house and painting also love making things even thought not always that good :)

i use rdy mixed slimfast shakes sometimes i am a very busy person at the moment and i find them very handy when i havnt the time to stop and make lunch

my sister had chemo last year and also gained weight i rly dont have an aswer for you on that one but to help with the sickness she ate anything ginger , ginger snapps and ginger cookies which seemed to help the sickness

i always eat a small supper before bed usally a banana and low fat greek yoghurt , i have same problem i can not sleep if i am hungry
