Birth control pill helped ease painful TOM for myself & other women in my family. Might also want to suggest taking a multi that contains folic acid.

Totally agree. I don't like eating breakfast in the morning, but if I don't...by 10:30AM every bag of potato chips in a 5 mile radius is in danger. lol :)

i LOVE Aldi! I always make it a point to stop at one whenever I'm in Dallas. They have THE BEST produce selection (fruits & vegetables) at very competitive prices. The city I live in is in the process of building one. I can't wait til they open!
