When I started my diet to lose weight I noticed the same thing. Portions are way too big, and packed with calories and fat. Alot of restaurants just don't offer light meals either. It's hard to go out and eat. I mainly picked out a few restaurants that I know have healthy choices and try to just stick with them.

It's wrong on the weight loss forecast. I've found it to be correct in counting calories and how many calories I've been burning.

I've lost about 121 total. Some before I started using Mfp. I still have 60 pounds to go. It's coming off soooo slow. Anyone notice the same thing after getting a bulk of the weight off?

I just go and try on a bunch of bras and go with the best fit.:)

I weigh in every other day. I may start doing this once a week, since sometimes it kind of gets me down.

I've had the same problem! I went to a dermatologist and they told me to take off my make up before working out. Afterwards make sure I clean with a good cleanser.

If you can afford it you might try a few sessions with a personal trainer. They can show you how to properly lift weights and help you determine what weight you should be lifting. The norm' s about 3 x a week for 30 minutes for me. I hope this helps.

I started out eating 1200 calories a day and just was not loosing the weight. I was working out almost everyday and was feeling just worn out. I bumped my calories up to about 1500-1600 a day and noticed that I started really burning the weight off. So I guess what I'm saying is that less calories sometimes is not better.

I wouldn't be to hard on yourself.It takes awhile to gain weight and longer and harder to take off. Use the food application and make a dedication on how many days a week you will work out and how long. The one on my phone really helps me stay on track.
