If you workout so much and eat very healthily, then why would you even consider using diet pills?

Pregnancy does a lot to some womens body composition. If you're at the point where your at or lighter than your pre pregnancy weight and don't fit into old clothes, it simply means that you now have a higher bf% than you did before - which is expected when creating another human being! Storing fat becomes more important…

You can't. Unless you buy it for £15 a box on amazon. The closest thing you will get here is All Bran. Personally, I think cereal is a waste of calories! I'm an egg eater all the way - they are almost the perfect food.
-
I LOVE ALL FOODS!!! ...apart from beans that is, urgh...!
-
Or you could cook some real food?! Easy way to add calories healthily - peanut butter.
-
I don't add black coffee or tea, because there are less than a few calories a mug. 300g cottage cheese Teaspoon honey 40g All bran w/ 80ml semi-skimmed milk 175g turkey breast Cherry tomatoes

15.5lbs, but the first 8 of that was mostly water and bloating from xmas!
-
tape measure?
-
No, because I have no idea what a superbowl is so I guess it isn't relevant to me :-P
-
Yeah, I get that. But the guy I was talking to said I HAD to eat every three hours to burn fat! And that if I ate all my calories in one or two meals I would get fat. Silly billy..

There are a lot of people, especially body builders, who do believe this, and it irritates me when I hear them go on and on about it on the weights section at my gym!
-
Oh, nice one :-P

It depends what you eat. If you eat chicken and broccoli every 3 hours, your insulin will spike slightly then go back to a normal state. If you eat a mars bar every 3 hours, your insulin will shoot up then crash, every 3 hours. If you eat chicken and broccoli every 6 hours, it will do the same thing, and your insulin…

It's good that you've found a method that works for you. I used to eat more frequent meal but it just made me more hungry and food obsessed! One of the most important things I've learnt, is to just ride the waves of hunger, they come and after 10 minutes and a glass of water, go. Different things work for different people…

There is no such thing as "bad carbs". But there is such a thing as "too big a portion size"!!! 50g of white pasta isn't going to do anything bad, 500g on the other hand. And one white bread sandwich is a fine meal, however, two sandwiches, let alone white breaded sandwiches, is too much.

Measurements?! The scale means NOTHING without a tape measure to back it up. You can lose 10lbs and still have the same waist measurement, or put on 2lbs, like I did this week and lose an inch.
-
Measurements? I've lost 6 inches all over this week and put on 2lbs from water retention for healing muscles. The scale is a *****, do not trust it or respect what it has to say.
-
What kind of exercise do you do? I'm 20lbs heavier than I was this time last year but my measurements are smaller e.g. my waist is 2 inches smaller. I also have muscle definition in my back. Because I started lifting heavy freeweights, particular for back and shoulders. I have a back fat issue too - I still do at 190lbs!…

There are sugar sugar free sweets you can get online, although they taste good, be careful as if you eat too much, they give you CRAZY cramps and you'll be running to the toilet every 5 minutes. What do I do now? I'll load up on veggies and dip and have some diabetics truffles from Thorntons, they are yummy!! and although…

Bump, up to 6 entries now!!

I tried that once, I threw it all up. I drink sugar free blackcurrant squash with my water, 3 litres a day with coffee.
-
It happens to the best of us! I lost 60lbs in 8 months last year, injured my ankles for 3 months and put on 38lbs!!! Now since the beginning of January, ive lost just over a 14lbs. What helped? Find a method of eating that is enjoyable and sustainable and that enables you to lose weight without exercising. Weight loss/fat…

Daily Mail??! Ha!!! I START eating at 3pm and I've lost over a stone this month...
-
Great idea, cut up a few peppers, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and carrots. You can then have a very high volume of food, high nutrition value with very little calories and sugar. Get away from the crisps, don't use your stomach as a rubbish bin!
-
What kind of fruit are you eating? Yes, some fruit is very high in sugar and calories. I stick to berries and plumbs, very low in calories. For a 200 cal snackl, I eat 300g cottage cheese with a hand full of strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. I never go near bananas, mangoes, grapes, pineapple because they do stall…

I love Love LOVE IF! I agree with others on here, research the hell out of it. I do the 18/6 method, I start eating at 3pm each day and finish at 9pm. I eat 1200 - 2800 depending on the day and how much I've exercised and what time of the month it is!! I really don't see it as a diet, because there is no food I restrict…

20-25lbs for me!
-
Reduce bf%. Lift leavy - kettlebell start at 12kg, dumbells start at 7kg. Use your own bodyweight for seated dips. That's all you can do!
-
At 150lbs I was a D, at 220lbs I was an EE. Now I'm 190 with E's and rather than just getting smaller, they are getting flatter and saggier. The only thing I like about my TOM is getting nice full boobs! I'm happy with them being smaller but not looking like i've just popped out a few kids , when I haven't :-/

As a Doula, I can tell you that you should still be thinking about calories - not too little, not too much. First trimester - eat at your maintenance amount. Second - maintenance +200 Third - maintenance +300 It's so important to eat enough and to also not "let yourself go" and eat buckets of icecream. Listen to your body…
