Its about finding balance in the foods you are choosing... I myself pratice clean eating. Try low fat cheese - limited, and no processed foods, carbs early in the day instead of the evening... eat fat burning foods like cabbage. I make it a point to eat 50% veggies and 50% Protein for lunch and dinner. some carbs for lunch…
